2nd Quarter Registration
KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS MAY NOW JOIN CLUBS!
2nd Quarter Club Registration window is October 4th, 5pm - October 12th, 8pm.
CLUBS BEGIN Tuesday, October 20th. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE CLUBS CALENDAR!
PERMISSION SLIP REQUIREMENT
FL state law requires a signed parent permission slip for ALL school events/programs not a part of regular instruction. After submitting the normal club registration form, you must print, sign, and return a hard copy of the permission slip. You can download it from the menu tab above. We will also email an attachment to everyone who registers. If you are unable to print your own copy, we will have some available in the main office. *EVEN IF YOU REGISTER AND PAY FOR CLUBS, YOUR STUDENT WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND CLUBS UNTIL WE HAVE A SIGNED PERMISSION SLIP ON FILE*
LATE PICK UP POLICY
*This does not apply to students dismissed to Ext Day, Boys/Girls Club, or Walk/Bike*
Parent pick-up from clubs is 4:15pm at the front gate. At 4:30, your student will be moved to wait in the cafeteria with Clubs staff, and we will call the parent phone number on file. After two late pick-ups, your student(s) will be dropped from clubs for the remainder of the quarter. You may still register again next quarter.
If you know you are going to be late, please call ahead to notify the school!

*Advanced Ukulele Club runs for 1st and 2nd quarter. No new registrations at this time
*Musical Theater runs for 1st and 2nd quarter. No new registrations at this time
*Cursive Writing runs for 1st and 2nd quarter. No new registrations at this time
